How do I know if a card is a "Rookie Card"?

We treat every rookie card like a high-end investment. Each card is placed in a penny sleeve and then into a rigid top loader to prevent bending. We then seal it in a team bag to keep dust out and stop the card from sliding during transit. We never ship rookies in plain envelopes without protection.
